HC-PHX Transport was founded in 2017 with three trucks and six drivers. Over the last four years, through the hard work and dedication of our drivers and managers, we've grown to 30 trucks and over 60 employees. Our mission has been to continuously provide top-tier service to our customer, FedEx Ground, while providing substantial financial benefit for our drivers! We are proud to be Veteran Owned and Operated

We pride ourselves on our revolutionary pay structure that give our drivers $1.00 per mile on every mile over 4,000. It is our way of letting our drivers keep the profit off of their hard work!

We EXPECT our drivers to have and enjoy their lives outside of work. As a result, weekly hometime can be expected! If you and your co-driver want to stay out longer, it's completely your call!

How do I qualify to work for HC-PHX?
FedEx Ground requires that all of our drivers be approved by a third-party background check company - First Advantage.
Requirements:
No severe MVR violations (12 months)
No DOT recordable accidents (12 months)
No DOT drug screen failures / refusals (12 months)
No DUI / DWI (12 months)
Pass criminal background check
One full year of verifiable experience in the last three years OR:
6 months experience with approved Truck Driving School
5 years in the last 10 years
Doubles Endorsement (before roadtest)
Will you find me a partner?
Absolutely! In fact, most of our drivers came to us by themselves, and we've been able to successfully find them a solid, safe partner. It's important for us to make sure our drivers are not only comfortable driving together, but enjoy each other's company! If there are ever any issues, just let us know and we can fix it!
