We broke up our highest-mile runs on purpose.
Most carriers do the opposite. We did it because the drivers running them were burning out.
For years the flagship here was a six-day team run — around 7,200 miles a week. It paid extremely well. It also meant a driver spent almost every week in the truck.
So we split much of that work into flexible structures: fewer days, more time at home, still strong money. It cost us simplicity and it cost some drivers miles they wanted. We did it anyway, because a job nobody can sustain isn't a good job.
And the work is still there. A driver who wants maximum miles can ask us to recombine it. That's the whole point of running the operation this way — we can adapt to what our drivers need.
Flexibility is the whole advantage.
The week is negotiable
Some drivers optimize for home time, some for miles. We ask which one you are instead of assigning you a box.
Dedicated only — know your schedule
Consistent FedEx freight, hub to hub, drop and hook. The same shape of week, every week.
Nobody's a seat number
We hire qualified drivers first and match assignments after. If a pairing isn't working, we deal with it.
Loyalty is paid, not thanked
Scheduled raises at 1, 3 and 6 years, stacked on top of the base rate — plus the road from recent graduate to Driver Trainer.
We publish the rate and show the math.
$0.72 a mile for qualified regular drivers, on your half of the truck's miles.
